    Fabulous

The leisure facilities are good. Our meal at night was also very good

Last stayed there 8 years ago and nothing has changed esp the bar area. Not much atmosphere in the bar area , no music or tv for the football scores etc on a saturday but this is my own opinion and overall think the hotel need to be done up

A very relaxing Hotel with fantastic food

    Superb

It was a convenient and very comfortable hotel to stay in with my Brodie relatives from Australia as they wished to visit Brodie Castle . We made good use of the spa facilities. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on one of our nights.

There were no mixer drinks available on the evening that we dined at the hotel so my sisters were unable to have white wine spritzers !!!! I couldn't believe that a quick foray for some to a local supermarket by a member of staff was not possible !!!

    Superb

The location of the Hotel and the quietness of the area although it is just a 15 minute drive to Inverness. It is almost on the beach and you can do lots of walking or cycling in this area as there is not a lot of traffic.

    Fabulous

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Comfortable room. Extremely good dinner in the Conservatory Restaurant.

    Very good

The outdoor hot tub is a must with glorious views over the Moray Firth and beyond

Breakfast service was slow-ish as there didn't seem to be enough staff

    Very good

    Proximity to Nairn Golf Club

The breakfast was good but my wifes evening meal was not. The parfait did not smell, taste or look good. It seemed off so my wife left it. The bathroom units were poor quality for a four star hotel. The bathroom door caught on a raised tile. Tennis courts need some repair as do the nets.

We had a lovely stay in a superb room and the location was great. The outdoor hot tub was a wonderful feature.

The meals were a bit pricey but very nice.

The staff weren't the most friendly - I never saw a smiling face at Reception or in the Restuarant. The Breakfast was of an inferior standard, not what you would expect from a 4* Hotel.

Lovely hotel, most beautiful room with lovely views across the beach and Moray Firth. Would go again, so close to the beach. Excellent they take dogs. Breakfast very good lots of choice.

We had to save up alot of money for this trip as we are two O.A.P (oldsods) but it was worth every penny and we are now thinking of saving a few more pennys for a return trip.We have told all our mates about the trip and how good the Hotel and surrounds were.

    Fabulous

Rooms were very spacious and overlooked the sea. They had been freshly painted and were very comfortable. Overlooking the sea was an added attraction and it was great to walk along the promenade in the morning. The spa facilities were excellent.

We would suggest that the breakfast could be vastly improved upon. All the fruit was tinned and while the cooked selection was adequate there could have been more cheeses and cold meat selections. They could also improve their selection of bread/rolls etc.

The comfortable ambiance and the quality of the rooms. The food was excellent and the service was very good and all the staff were courteous and polite. The free wifi is a huge benefit to me.

Nothing. I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and alway enjoy the experience. I have no complaints.

    Fabulous

Great location with sea views, The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch. Walking distance to both Nairn Golf Course and the harbour.

The Master Double room doesn't actually have a double bed. It is 2 single beds pushed together and held in place by a cover that fits over both beds with a zip down the middle which you do feel when you roll on to it.
